Help with SensyMap, purchases and shared codes.

To help us answer faster, tell us your iPhone model and iOS version, and the game code if your question is about a shared map.

The code does not work

Each code works only until its link expires, between one hour and one day. Check that the code is typed exactly, then ask your partner to share a new one. The link time can be changed in Settings.

My partner’s link does not open the app

Make sure SensyMap is installed from the App Store. If the link opens in the browser, tap Open in SensyMap, or open the app, go to Play and enter the code by hand.

Purchases and refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. If a purchase does not appear, open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your data

You can delete game results in the app at any time. Shared maps disappear when their link expires, and deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone. To delete data on our server sooner, write to us with your game code.

SensyMap needs no account, name or email. Read the full Privacy Policy.
